11/20/01: The Intro(below) was written in 1999.........."Haywire" has an entirely new meaning now (just a thought).
Still....Under Construction............ Seems like when I finally find a place to build a home page 'things' go haywire. In the mean time, below is what was here on Day 1.....kinda....
This is my Personal Home Page, it will be the most useful page I could ever hope for. It's where people can come along and find out what a fantastically interesting person I am, and it's also where I can write Guide Entries, keep track of my Forum postings, update my Journal and change my Personal Settings. It is basically my personal nerve centre on h2g2.
I can get to this page at any time by clicking on the My Space button on the left-hand edge of any page.
One of the first things I'll probably want to do is set up my Personal Settings (done...), which I did by clicking on the My Details button to the left. That's where I changed my nickname so I'm no longer known as just another number. (Although there is nothing wrong with being a number........ :-) )
I will probably get around to replacing this text with something a bit more individual and entertaining to visitors. I understand I can do this by clicking on the Edit Page button to the left and typing a new Home Page Introduction (done...phase 1....kinda...). If I hadn't replaced/revised this text then visitors here to my home page would not have been able to leave messages, so it's a good thing I did it straight away.
