How do you cope with hot flushes?

I blame age, weakening fingers, weakening w mind, and drugs that have weakened both my ifngers and mind quite well within a short period 
but.... which Have not weakened my spirit 
hmm. mind; I can also blame beer, sleeping tablets, and 2legs as well, right now,
oo; just found a hep help with the hot hot flushes; the err... hot/cold compress thing I bought; full of... err.. wheet?; anyhow, a few months back I was having to use it hot, for muscle spasms and pain and stuff, caused by the same drugs, now, the compress, cooled in freezer, rahter than wamred in microwave; works fo rthe hot flusehse! 
err, I mean hot flushes 
let life never be simple. simplicity breeds complacancy. and complancancy removeeds appreciation for things. appreciation is running high... = a soothing cup of tea... or cooling compress... wow! such little pleasures... such great relief, such blessed joy take positives form all things, for all things are positive in one light 
I'm suddenly adoring my new hair its so... pretty!
