I think it would be better, swl, if you gave us the answers, but didn't tell us which questions they were the answers to.

Are the stars out tonight?
Will the weather be cloudy or bright?

Dear Dr swl
What part of your body should you wash in the shower first?
Yours kindly, Confused

Are you really qualified to give out advise at this level? Someone could get hurt, or worse, have their tea ruined. Scrambled egg with beans on toast? Oh, no, no, no. It has to be fried. And the beans should have a good splash of worcester sauce.

Dear Deb,
Actually, scrambled egg works quite well with beans on toast. Especially if you serve with crispy bacon.

Beatrice Posted Jul 20, 2012
Dear swl (or Mr D, I'm not fussy!)
How can I persuade my daughter that when she moves to London it would be much easier to move into the spare room her brother has available rather than trying to find somewhere on her own, especially whilst doing so from the wilds of Norn Irn. During the 'Lympics.

Dear swl
I suffer from wind, is it better to burp, fart first, then apologise or apologise first then burb and fart.

Sho - employed again! Posted Jul 20, 2012
(for the beans on toast debate: we had fried, nice and crispy round the edges. But we use Henderson's Relish in the beans, me being a good Sheffield girl an' all)

I imagine that green beans and chunks of sausage would go well in scrambled eggs on toast. But what do I know? Does swl think it would work?

Dear swl
Thank you for your private response to post 27.
On taking your advice and washing my feet first. I duly slipped and had to have the soap removed from my person.
The doctors say I will recover but I need the name and address of your insurance company so that I may pursue a claim.
Yours sorely. Confused

I have to say I'm utterly gutted that Ask Mr Dreadful died a quiet death the second time around.
(how's that for a sarky comment)
And...how do I spell unconscionable?

Dear SWL,
Despite being on this site for nearly a month, I am regularly ignored.
What should I do?
