If you're still hoping something will start off then I don't think you're at that stage yet, but you might be lucky.

I was expecting David any day for about four weeks, and was climbing the walls with frustration - I was convinced he'd be early, but he was two weeks late. The day before I went into labour I 'realised' that I wasn't capable of spontaneous labour and might as well make an appointment to be induced, though I doubted that would work either. It was more resignation than frustration.

Well I have a midwife appointment next wednesday, 2 days after my due date, and I will not leave the office until she either does a sweep or books me in to be induced! I've just loaded the dishwasher - that counts as nesting, doesn't it? LOL!
