But not just letters. differnt letters. and some not letters too

First confusing letter is the letter "Where's my ing letter", I.E., AKA the letter from Endocrinology. Still not here. - I'm not sure I dare phone them... I may ... get stroppy Honest I try not too get stroppy with them... but ... they do all in their powers to make me stroppy

Other confusing letters include, today;

The letter Magnesium. as in the mineral. as in, H&B's website won't let me see which type of magnesium is in their various suppliments.... some forms are better absorbed than others, and some forms are better than others at giving diarrhea... I really don't want diarrhea again took a year and a half to figure it out last time, and fix it/make it stop

Other letters les confusing are D3, just need another bottle of the normal ones I've been on for ages (know my guts cope with them),

vitamine K2 MK7 (or something '7' version) is naother confusing one, can't seem to find it (for a co factor for the calcium) also need some zinc but can't figure out how much, and replenish my calcium citrate tablets tis gona be an expensive trip to H&B, and a lot of it I probably don't need, but as hospital won't measure or monitor my bone health, I've got to try do something to combat at least some of the more terminal affects of the steroids

off out tonigh twith a friend, so must get some cash out for that too

Not feeling too bad today, just very painful muscles all over, since I took morning meds. felt fine before that, of course.
