Your sleeping difficulties seemed to get better for a long time. I hope they haven't come back again!

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

They seem to come and go... I think I slept over 7 hours last night, unbroken, (I was still at Williajm's), I can't recall doing that long a sleep, since I was a teenager.... early on teenager in fact... smiley - blushsmiley - weird
The melatonin seemed to help a lot, when I went onto it, but recently, its not seemed to help as much; or, of course, its soemthing else hindering sleep... I find it nearly impossible to turn my brain off at night... soon as I get into bed, my brain decides to design things I want to make, write lists in my head, consider or contemplate, whatever... etc smiley - headhurts
Another problem I get is my tinitus keeping me awake; which isn't tinatus.... as I don't get it, when I'm anywhere else, except in my own bedroom smiley - huh - pretty sure its some high pitched electrical noise, from somewehre near, or indeed, in my house... but... really not sure smiley - weirdsmiley - alienfrown actually noise, where I live is just a prolbem full stop... shops below, fans/fridgeration etc., constantly running, then traffic, peole, etc... smiley - headhurtssmiley - dohsmiley - weirdsmiley - doh Plus I think I'm still feeling a bit unsettled at the moment, which can't help sleeping... but hopefully that'll be somewhat betterer once I'm finally at last living with William... and, then, perhaps ditching this house, here and moving somewhere else too smiley - zensmiley - zen oh... and I just got back home, today from William's smiley - zensmiley - droolsmiley - loveblush

Can't think of anything else that might be keeping you awake?

It's really annoying isn't it? I am finding it hard to sleep properly myself. I keep falling off, but then wake up with a start for no good reason whatsoever.

The most stupid thing is when I fall asleep on the couch in the living room and have a wonderful sleep for an hour or more - but then am wide awake at three o'clock in the morning. smiley - weird

I sleep a lot better on the couch than I do in bed, sometimes. And other people I know have said the same.

I'm not sure the coffee is a bit issue... drunk buckets more coffee... maybe two or three times my useual, whilst at William's, and drinking it later on , into the afternoon ( (i useually stop drinking coffee, at home, round midday 1 PM)... and I slept better smiley - huhsmiley - weird Its just not being able to shut my brain up... that's the real problem tryign to sleep... I get tired... so tired... then gradually start often, waking up, as I near sleep time... and then I go to bed... an hour or two to fall off to sleep, is normal for me, then 5 hours or any more, is like a lot of sleep... and I wake feeling tiredier than when I went to bed... perc up a little bit, and get tired again circa early-mid afternoon... and then tired all evening... again... until bedtime smiley - wah

Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~

Over time I got used to drinking buckets of smiley - coffee and sleeping well anyway, so I'm not entirely convinced that smiley - coffee *always* has quite that much to do with sleep deprivation

Hope you get this sorted, 2legs smiley - hug

In otter news I had a pizza tonight with nothing but spinach and smiley - cheese and it was actually quite good. I believe Baron Grimm mentioned it might be? Well, he was right, so thank you for pointing me in that direction, your highness smiley - ok
