Hello. Snuck back in for a bit.
Since my circles are small and I seem to be subscribed to lots of things that post daily, I thought it would be easier to say hello here than to comb through my convos looking for anyone who may still be about.
So, happy holidays and all, what's new in your corner of the world?

Certainly not the thriving hub it once was 
But I've been amazed at the number of solid members I've come across that I remember from my earliest days here! So perhaps you could say that many of the rabble-rousers have come and had their drama and buggered off, but the core is still intact. Reminds me of a time when Glorious Goo was the *only* option, and I'm glad to see so many people from then are still here.
Definitely makes me want to be more involved again!
I've figured out how to add a nifty shortcut to my space on my phone which makes it WAY easier to check in on the go. If they ever manage an app that includes community features (not just content) I am definitely sold. (Hear that, eds and developers? I will pay *cash money*)

I'm not sure any money will be spent on developing the site. 
Ask h2g2 used to be the hub here, but nowadays, you get maybe three or four replies if you ask a question. Or maybe you need to ask the right question, I don't know. They probably killed it when they insisted that a question had to be asked, and if people just want to discuss things, the thread is moved to some obscure area.

I still enjoy poking around in Ask, I also read and commented on several things in PR. PR has many things in it, but it looks like only about five people writing entries.
I'd like to write more entries. Perhaps.... maybe I will write something this year.
On an unrelated note:
I am so used to auto-correct fixing my lazy typing that I had to backspace at least half a dozen times for the three piddly sentences there. Need more practice!

Traveller, are you permanently on pre-mod now? It took me until this morning to figure out that's what was going on. (Yeah, quick on the uptake, that's me!)
