I do wonder about who came up with the acronyms used in this university. For instance, on our computer system, an assessment is abbreviated to 'Asses' and an Analysis is abbreviated to 'Anal'. If a student withdraws, suspends or transfers, we have to complete a Change of Circumstances form, which is called 'Raising a COC'...smiley - huh

No, I'm out of the technology side, really - I just marshal people to fix it when it all fails (not that I can do much when it's in a cloud). I can spot poor design a mile off, but keep quet about it, as it keeps me in a job.
