Anyhow thanks JWF, as well as getting a date with a cool girl I think I really like, and becoming an international media celebrity 
, I seem to have rediscovered that I like writing.

If it is the other, is Miss X against all logic, rationality and probability turns out to be "The One" then blooming hell the whole story wouldn't half scan like the plot of an unbelievable romcom.

You tend to get a "two for the price of one" then. Local rag normally reports your name, age occupation and location too!

Like your latest blog. Hope you'll keep us posted and
remind us how to find newer ones in the new year. You're
quite correct in saying you have discovered writing skills.
Enjoying it, having fun with it, is a big part of it. Just
like dating really - it's enjoying the journey and not the
anticipation of the expected destination that makes it
worth the doing.
