Another PH - people who mess about with their computers & then complain it'd not working properly. And ask me to sort it out...
PH - a free evening to watch TV & co-viewer rejecting a good lengthy unseen drama in favour of a short repeat programme in real time.

PH When you do a google search to look at something you saw in a post, just to make sure you know what it is, and you get adds for the Item for the next several weeks - for some reason they think you want to buy one.
Even worse is when you do a search for an item you want to buy - buy it - and still get another several weeks of adds from the competitors, I guess they think they can convince you to buy a second one

I'm 69 next week - my knees are wrecked, they won't do an op cos I'm too heavy, I've been doing that 5 - 2 diet for a year, I can put up with the diet but not the fact that I'm not losing weight, of course the comparative loss of activity because of my knees isn't helping, Catch 22!

PH: mother complaining about diet. You're the one wants to lose weight, I need to put it on, just shut up!

I know the feeling on unwanted weight that won't go away.
I'm going to try adding a raw glandular thyroid supplement to my diet next and see if that helps.
If you take calcium carbonate tablets, take raw glandulars about fifteen minutes after the calcium carbonate.
It neutralizes some of the stomach acid and improves absorption.

PH: links that don't post as they appear on one's monitor.
Especially if one has 'previewed' before posting.

So called 'mild' weather coming from the Atlantic to the UK. I always find that 'mild' drizzly/wet and windy weather feels colder than cold weather.

Bluebottle Posted Feb 5, 2016
Not to mention the swaying factor, as felt when crossing the Solent in windy weather...

On satellite, the weather formation hitting now in the British Isles extends all the way across the Atlantic along the course of the Gulf Stream to North America.

Looking out of the window this morning and there was a beautiful sunrise - the sky was half red at the bottom and half blue at the top with the (as yet unleafed) walnut tree etched in front. Useless to try and photograph it. At least with my mobile phone which was under my pillow.

I know nothing about rugby, and it's the only worthwhile thing on til, like, 9 or something.
France beat Ireland.
Doctor Who isn't going to start filming til May.

No more Doctor Who until Christmas
PH: people who take glass beer bottles to parks, and the amount of smashed beer bottles there always seems to be in children's playgrounds.

Hate people who break glass out in public and don't do their best to clear it up!
Today's PH: Not being able to just get on with work!
I like people popping into the brewery while I'm here, it's nice and sociable, and I do encourage it. But sometimes it makes it very difficult to run a brewery!

Keep meaning to get back up to Manchester - I have a couple of long-postponed meetings up there. I wouldn't want to disrupt your good work, though. Maybe I'll do something useful, like carry out a health and safety inspection
