Just for the record, I'm not a geek. Now, having said that...

Changing the tone somewhat.

A reggae, yes, reggae version of Hotel California by a group called the Moonraisers. Different. What a nice surprise, indeed!

Nick Drake's Pink Moon album. Current track is number 2, 'Place To Be'. Oh, that just finished, and now it's 'Road'.

Read about Nick Drake at an Entry I just finished Subbing here:

I'm lucky - I work in the comp. sci. department at uni and they have a dedicated mp3 server on the network. At the moment I'm listening to 'Leave Home' by the Chemical Brothers, but I've just requested 'Trip Like I Do' by Crystal Method, so that should be next.

Oooh, is that any good? I was thinking of getting it because I love "Fallin'" so much and I hoped she'd produced some more good stuff. Has she?

As for what I'm listening to: Steeleye Span with "The Mooncoin Jig" at the moment smiley - smiley

agcB: It depends, but I highly recommend "Original Masters" a 2CD album of digitally remastered tracks. Kind of like a greatest hits album really... There's also "A Stack of Steeleye Span" produced by Naxos which is available really, really cheap and has some good tracks on it. don't get "Bedlam Born", the latest album - it's awful. "The Journey" is another compilation album, 2 CDs of a concert recorded a couple of years ago with old and new members of the band playing tracks from their own eras. Interesting, but I don't have it so I don't know what it's like.

My computer is now serenading me with the rather depressing song "Breathing" by Kate Bush, which for those who don't know is about the aftermath of a nuclear attack. Happy, what?

Key: Complain about this post
