I thought of Nauru but didn't think of adding 'an'.

I was hoping to tinker with the vowels in Tibet and hope no one noticed the change.

Or go with Bora Bora, which on a word by word basis [rather than letter by letter] is a palindrome. But, yes, someone would have spotted that one.
