Naps

If ever you are cranky or moody or just not feeling well in general, you probably need to sleep more. May I suggest naps? Naps are the most sublime thing a person can indulge in. Just ask Odin. Personally, I like to sleep on top of all my sheets when I am napping. My bed is situated so that it is just under the window, and this means that sunlight shines right in during the day. I find that these "sunnaps" are the best naps of them all. I like to take sunnaps completely nude. I have, however, gotten burned doing this. It may not be for everyone. Other good naps are: naps in front of a contained fire on a snowy day (preferably with lots of blankets), naps on the couch right after school or work, and any and all naps or "naps" (nudge nudge) with an attractive member of the opposite sex. Or same sex, if you prefer. So Remember, a nap will at least help, if not cure, what ails you.
