Yes, it sounds like a fun place to kill an hour or two.
I enjoy provincial museums and art galleries - you never know what you'll find in those eclectic collections.

Thanks for writing this up Sasha, you'd have to tear me away from the 4th and 5th floors... if they'd let me in. Maybe I'm on a blacklist I remember going round a museum with Lil, Gnomon and others and almost being ejected as we were so noisy...

I'll admit it was your giggles which set me off
But then again, that was a VERY well endowed statue wasn't it?

Thanks everyone
Yes, it is an eclectic collection in the Museum - my favourite floor is the 4th, as I particularly like ancient Greek art (and statues that are least well endowed )
It is a good project, this - an excellent way to spend a few weekend afternoons, enjoying a Liverpool museum and writing about it as well

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.
If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.
Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!

Why do I get the feeling that Liverpool's presence on h2g2 is trying to catch up with the Isle of Wight?
Excellent entry, well done!
