This sounds quite charming.
Two questions:
Do you need to give an indication of whereabouts Daresbury is, especially for those who don't come from the UK?
The mention of tea and biscuits indicates that there is an organisation or, at least, a few committed individuals who look after the Centre. Perhaps you could name them.

Thanks for reading MVP It is a charming place indeed!
Good points - I have added more detail about where Daresbury is within the UK, and the organisation that runs it

I enjoyed the entry – but was wondering if you'd be willing to tweak the opening sentence?
First of all it seems a little long, but you've written 'Charles Lutwidge Dodgson, is best known for the Alice in Wonderland books that he wrote in Oxford'. Although he's best known worldwide for the Alice in Wonderland bookshe didn't write 'Through the Looking Glass, and What Alice Found There' (1871) in Oxford, but in Guildford after all. There's a lovely statue of Alice going through the looking glass in Guildford Castle and some of his belongings in the Guildford Museum.
And 'The Hunting of the Snark' was written in Sandown, Isle of Wight. I may have mentioned that before…?
I see Church of All Saints, Daresbury is a Grade II* Listed Building: https://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1130450
