Have you won the book Heleloo? I would congratulate you but I don't want to look thick AGAIN.

I think the counting gnomes are still totting up the scores of who posted every day, then they will put the entrants who completed the challenge into a random generator, which the smiley - mammoth's need to wind up and then someone actually needs to read out the winning name.

I say we give them till Monday to get the generator wound.

Yes, I was thinking of Monday for the announcement.

I'll try to put up a list of the people I think are eligable on, say, Saturday, so as to check that I haven't missed anyone. You all could help by saying here if you did the letter of the rules or not ie the 30 posts on 30 days.

I cut it fine on a few occasions, but I did post a unique journal every day for each of the 30, within the alloted hours for my time zone. Some ideas and drafts were prepared in advance, but all the journals were actually composed, substantially written, and published on the same day.

And I did a NaJoPoMo table that can be seen here: A86701773

I was a *very* good boy! smiley - biggrin

I did 30 in 30 days although one was a very brief message just to meet the requirements - it didn't really say much only listed 3 or 4 things I'd done that day. It might be enough to disqualify me though.smiley - ok

I'm happy enough though but don't have the skills to make tables - you can either take my word or read them smiley - nahnahsmiley - rofl

It'll be great to see a list of finishers and I can't wait to see the winner.smiley - bubbly

I managed all 30, but don't want my name in the hat for the prize book. A few of mine were pretty short. Plus, postage to get it to me if my name were drawn would be too high. smiley - smiley

I was allowed to join in but I started on day two, so I don't think it would really be fair if I were... what am I saying, I didn't do it properly, thanks for letting me play, though.

Here's the thing, Hyp, hell with that, you did the time, you get to put in for the book. Had I actually posted every day for a month, I would be entirely unapologetic about the fact that some of those posts were one liners. Well, perhaps a bit apologetic given that I would have had far more than any of the rest of you, but unashamed.

ben (if I may) it was a pleasure to have you on board.

Now, on to the first annual jopo memorial page. I think we should have one, and I'll try and book a slot with the Post for it too. We could put the grids on it.

For those not clear on the grids, I think Ti had a template, I'll see if I can find it. That said, I am the sort of person who wouldn't know one end of a grid from another in GuideML, so I am open to suggestions about how to design the page otherwise.

This page could have three categories. One for people who did the strict 30 posts, one for people who darn well nearly did it, and one for people who dropped out earlier on (which only goes to show how much of a challenge it is, I reckon as the third group is probably the largest).

30 in 30, one a day. Sorry about the one-liner days, ish, but feeling awkward because saying that makes me sound smug if you didn't manage all the days AND THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT.

Hyp wrote considerably more/better than I did, I think, so if she thinks she shouldn't be up for the book, I certainly shouldn't be. Hell, I'll pay the postage if she gets it. Sol - do you want a contribution to the postage, whoever gets it? I have stamps...

One a day for each of the 30 days. I'm trying to make a pretty table, but it's not working yet and my GuideML's rusty aso it might take a while to sort it.
