Fine entry - i have found on a few occasions, the skills required to affect neighbours, very necessary.
The posting of squid under floorboards - is pretty basic but very efficient - hi tec machine for producing a very irritating combination of sounds, designed to give a neighbour a taste of his own medicine.
Many other little delights - but nothing out of pure malice - all with the one stated aim - Peace.

Old fish are pretty bad, but squid take the biscuit.
Was extremly effecacious, and profitable.
