Do you speak Polish?

THere is a Franglais page so perhaps it would be possible to get a page of Polanglais? If for moderation purposes it was kept on mostly English so that Moderators can follow the gist?`
Russian or Czechoslovakian speakers could join in because all Slavonic languages have lots of similar words. so if you are an au pair over here or of Polish descent or someone who has fallen in love with the land of the White Eagle and the Black Madonna perhaps you would consider promoting what is not very well known in England but after all Poland did give the world the music of Frederic Chopin, the novels of Sienkiewicz, Madame Marie Curie, nee Marya Sklodowska from Warsaw and a massive and extremely heroic effort by the Polish forces who fought alongside the Allies at Operation Market Garden, that "Bridge too Far" and the pilots who aided in the Battle of Britain. `
Last but not least our present Pope who helped the Polish Underground in World War 2 and as Bishop of Krakow risked his life against the Soviet regime to head a band of people distributing food and much needed help to the families of striking Polish workers at the time of the Solidarity uprising.`
The anthem says Poland is not lost so long as we are alive`
so by bringing this corner of Eastern Europe into the h2g2 community you are helpng to realise this`
