1. Who does what? Who did it so far? Were they any good?

3. Cleaning roster (especially under the stairs)

6. More jobs for the carpenter. Preferably ones that require removal of clothing.

OK - barman. This should be an understanding person who actually notices us. And listens to us. You can pour your soul out to the barman.
He also needs to be clean, tidy, hardworking, a good salesman and a good economist.
I reckon he should be a woman.
