Once again, the Devon flags were out in number for the Tour of Britain.
This clip only shows large crowds (and Devon flags) at the finishing line in Exeter, but they were also out in force at the start,

Devon flags were also evident at the Last Night of the Proms on Saturday, both in the Royal Albert Hall and in Hyde Park.
