Can anyone please point me in the direction where I can locate a VHS video of the Ford London-New York Overland Challenge, if such a thing exists?

If you had asked me five years ago I think I could have found an address in Toronto where they could be dublicated and bought. But my old computer was stolen and I've never managed to get back all the old addresses.

However we are re-editing a version now which can go up on the h2g2 site in real player. Its unlikely DVD's of them will be up for sale, because of rights, but you never know. So keep looking at the site and, if you reamin interested, get back to me a a few months after you notice that a whole new set of videos have gone up.
