I'm becoming invisible...

Magwitch - My name is Mags and I am funky.

...yeah, I know I 'hide' in the kitchen, hubby 'hides' in the lounge. I do the washing, the cleaning, make brews, food, wash-up afterwards, tidy round the universe. Nobody acknowledges it. They just wonder why they haven't got a drink/food/etc in front of them

I'm starting to feel the first few thousand of my 'million cuts'.

I'm probably, also, starting to feel a little sorry for myself.

I'll be better tomorrow.

I promise.

smiley - cuddleandsmiley - tea you're allowed to feel sorry for yourself. You're human. Saying "No" once in a while is empowering, I know, I did it myself recently. Don't promise you'll be better tomorrow as that'll make you feel you have to be, just promise to get through the day... remember we're here if you need to vent, or you can have my email addy galaxybabeATgmailDOTcom if you prefer a little privacy.

I agree with GB, don't promise anything. I read somewhere (carers handbook, I think) that you should never give more than you have got. You are just as important as the disabled person. Keeping interests, too, is good, and standing up for your own time once in a while. Once again, as Galaxy babe says, we are always here if you need a modem to cry on.
