should be

Why isn't there a water smiley?

I'd prefer water too because I'm not sure whether the milk is the right sort and I think a straw is a bit silly (humphrey alert!). 
The best drink seems to be the empty glass because it might have had water if one ignores the orange stain at the bottom.

Yeah, who really drinks milk with a red-and-white humongous straw anyway? <- Maybe it's a decorative thing, that orange bit.
