>>What's been your most memorable moment on h2g2?<<

The feeling of pride when my first entry (Sefton Coastal Footpath) got a picture on the FP and then Paully called it one of his favourites of the year.

>>What's the funniest thing you've read on h2g2?<<

Would be too hard to pick, though it probably involved 2legs

>>Who or what have you been most touched by?<<

azahar dealing with her illness and when Ivan the Terribly Average's grandmother died and a gang of us stayed on his personal space chatting and making sure he was okay.

>>Has h2g2 affected your life?<<

Yes

>>If so, in what ways? Have the changes been positive or negative?<<

When I first joined I was finishing my A Levels and preparing to go to Uni and talking to people on hootoo helped me go from painfully shy wallflower to someone who could actually talk to strangers, talking to other gay folks helped me become more confident in my own sexuality and some of the deeper conversations helped me understand the things I believe in.

>>Have you met many friends on h2g2? Do they still use the site?<<

Some are still around, some have smiley - elvised, some are here part time. Most of my friends have gone through some periods of not using the site but they usually seem to come back eventually smiley - evilgrin

>>If not, which characters do you remember most vividly and miss most strongly?<<

SoRB could be a bit overbearing, but his posts were usually a delight to read. Fattielizard/Nadia because she seemed to keep m2m2 going when I first started on here, and Xander and Brown-Eyed Girl because they were fellow refugees from Talk Buffy

>>How long have you been using h2g2?<<

I started using Talk Buffy 6 years ago in January and it was around May/June 2003 that I looked on egon's PS and saw hootoo and started to get involved over here.

>>If you're a long-time user, why do you still visit h2g2?<<

I enjoy the calibre of the writing, both in the Guide and in the wider community, the humour and the people. Especially the people.

>>Did you think you'd be using the site in 2009?<<

No, I really didn't.

>>Do you think you'll be using the site in 2019?<<

If you're still here, I'll still be here.
