I recall an early powered version with a similar parachute "wing". It was an ultralight craft with a wheeled fuselage. I think it might have had a "stick" but it only controlled roll. Pitch was controlled by the throttle. More thrust and it would pitch up, less down.
What I specifically remember is its airspeed indicator. It was a decal that read 28 knots.
