How does one pronounce Lough Neagh?

Before I get told off my fellow Northern Irish Researchers it's close enough to be understood.

Yeah but if someone does not know how to pronounce Loch you face the same dilemma.

True but they tend to know how to pronouce Lough I find a lot easier than the English.
Although it's great fun living in Scotland today all my Rugby following mates are so depressed except me and a few other Irish who are proudly nursing sore throats.
