Sort of liquid yoghurty thing is much the best drink with curry and my local fruit shop has just started making it as a take away drink. Hurray! I'm off for a mango-flavoured one now

lassi in gujrati is chaas[say kas but cha in front]
they churn yogurt and add lttle water to it.
after hot gujrati thali we drink chaas[lassi]
it is salted. on a hot summer day it cools you down
try gujrati thali and ask for chaas
