I used to stay for part of the summer holidays with an aunt in Valleyfield Road. A very steep back garden full of sweet peas. In those days Streatham was relatively post - the ice rink certainly was. I wouldn't be at all surprised if it came back up.Most of the houses were pretty solidly built - even the prefabs on the common.
