Sounds absolutely great!

I am at this very moment a bank loan to cook it!

No, seriously can't wait to try it but why not try an idea I picked up in Corsica; take some skinny french bread sticks cut them in to angled rounds and dry them out in the oven til' crispy not toasted.

Before serving, rub some raw garlic on them and have a bowl of grated Gruyere or a cheaper equivalent take the bread and some cheese and put it on top of the soup - a mind blowing finish to a great dish!
