This is the number plate of the Mayor of Bury, home of black puddings. It originally belonged to a doctor. Bury numberplates are brilliant because they can make up so many names. No, I haven't got one. It's probably Greater Manchester by now. My dad's motorbike was and is an EN four figure number plate.

There are a number of vehicle registrations in Scotland which probably do not appear elsewhere.
G0 Lord Provost of Glasgow
S0 Lord Provost of Edinburgh
V0 Used to be convenor of Lanark County Council, but LCC disappeared. Probably held by North or Souyh Lanarkshire.
