I don't know about other countries, but Weetabix is not available in France, and any British (or Irish) person would do well to take some with them should they wish to travel to France (although why anyone would want to eat Weetabix rather than the rather delicious standard French breakfast of croissants and bread is beyonf me).
Also, anyone needing special dietary supplements (such as Complan) often cannot get them abroad, even though much of it is in fact made outside of the UK.
