Does this prove or disprove Pluto to be a planet? I've heard it might be a wayward moon. Is Pluto 38.8 AU?

Its 39.48 AU, close enough to the above formula for me.

So, logically, there should be something else out there at around 79.2 AU (give or take a smidgin either side).
