My girlfriend (partner, whatever) is strangely obsessed with industrial estates, in that, if ever we need to enter one to source some tiles, plumbing supplies or other domestic neccessity, she gets quite excitable in a "Ooh! I really love these places" kind of way.
She fantasises about working in a "unit", preferably driving a fork lift truck or just hanging around in a vast warehouse space waiting for lorryloads of stock to arrive.
Strange, when you think about it, that most of the people who work on industrial estates would probably prefer to earn their living anywhere but there.
