Hi there, i live in Changau City, which is quite a few miles from Tiachung. Read the entry! Good advice. If you are still in Tawian you know that we are having a few tremors these days. I was no here myself for the bigger last year, but my flatmates were and we live on hte 18th floor of a block and have a large and fairly attractive crack down the wall. There have been two since i have arrived here, one in the morning ( very strange experience ) and one yesterday ( 17/05/00) that killed 3 people over in Taichung County. It was a number 5 and caused land slides. It is trange how the locals here are so 'not bothered' by it. it freaks me out, saying that you dont get many in manchester!
