Seriously. Urine colour is a great indicator of hydration levels and in hot Northern Australia many company toilets have colour charts.
Clear/watery yellow - well hydrated
Light yellow - slightly dehydrated
Yellow or Yellow/green - dehydrated
Dark yellow/green - very dehydrated
Remember - once you start to feel dehydrated, you already are.

Yeah, they do that too. Most companies in Queensland mining and industry have compulsory drug tests these days.
