A Conversation for Surviving Hot Weather

Dry Heat

Just a little note on the subject of sweating. Be extra careful in desert type climates such as in Egypt as the sweat dries so quickly you may not even be aware that you are sweating and losing moisture from your body. The rule of thumb in these conditions is to play the tourist and always, always, carry a bottle of water wherever you go - and drink constantly from it.(Make sure it is properly sealed when you buy as it has been known for sellers to refill from the local water supply.

Excellent point. It's always a good idea to drink up. It's pretty hard to drink too much, and all too easy to drink too little.
