There is a Smiley Ideas list at A651935 - except it is currently closed to new suggestions. The closest thing to a biker smiley which I've seen is B1001111 (a bicycle rather than a motorbike). As a blob it can only be used with GuideML though, eg on a Personal Space.
Been there, placed the idea over a year ago and got nought for my trouble...<steamed> I believe that the hootoo artist/s has/ve come up against an imaginative brick wall...or else they've gone deaf !
