Now here's one gizmo the h2g2 community haven't added to the feature request list. I thought they'd asked for everything, and I was wrong! Get Writing have launched an inspirational 'story writing tarot tool' - http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/getwriting/storytarot - click on the cards to gain cosmic inspiration for a story line. I love it, what a fantastic idea! Cool!
Traveller in Time on a question mark"Is it me, or does the page just contain an unresolved image link: < http://www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/help/safe...getwriting/images/dongle_banner.jpg > ? The only thing I see is the disclaimer. "
It looks absolutely fine to me Traveller. I think it's in flash or something, it has to upload the images. What do you actually see on the page? If you let me know I'll pass it on to the Get Writing Eds.
Traveller in Time on his head"This is what I see: < http://www.angelfire.com/mech/traveller_in_time/tarotpage.html > (NB I will remove the image somewhere in the future)"
Brilliant! Thanks for that - I'll pass it on to the GW team...
Hey Traveller, I'm one of the Get Writing editors (clue's in the name !) - I'm not sure why you can't access the Story Tarot and it looks fine here, but I'll try and get to the bottom of the problem.Which link are you following to get to it, as we've got various pathways and I want to try and duplicate the error. Thanks! Jamie
Traveller in Time on his head"Sorry for the delay, I used the link as posted by 'Peta'. The most probable cause for seeing nothing is: -- I deny all scripting, -- I do not have any activeX/ Realplayer/ fancy plugins installed. However mostly I get a warning .. required to see this page. There is no warning just an unresolved image. " Nepehw Who tapping on his consoles "That is not quite unexpected as the page source reveals: >QUOTE< >/QUOTE< NB the image probably pointed to: "http://www.bbc.co.uk/getwriting/images/dongle_banner.jpg" Gives me a >BBC (grey bars) > (http error) 404 > Page not found "
