Hello Nick - just passing by so thought I'd post a message.
Love the website :o) Am gonna get around to making one myself someday, sometime (probably if I have time/can be bothered!)

If you want to check out my personal space (not that there's a lot in it YET) or leave a message, I'm Researcher199098, known to most other human's as Tom.

I'm interseted in computers as well, and will start a Computing degree at Plymouth next autumn hopefully. I've done a college course in it, and am just getting back into programming after abandoning it for a year (no time from work erm ). If you want to learn a better language, I can recommend C. I know its a bit old, but its good to know as now only is it better than qbasic ;o) it is also simular to c++, c#, java and, well quite a lot of other stuff! cool

Anyway, spose I'd better do some work now (yes, I'm writing this at work...biggrin )

Hey, nice to meet you. Thanks for dropping by smiley

Maybe when you get round to making your website, you could make it a C tutorial winkeye rofl. I'd love to learn a real programming language, but I haven't the time, and I have great difficulty learning anything from Internet tutorials :/

I'm hopefully off to study Software Engineering at Lancaster next year. The first year focuses heavily on Java, so I'll get to learn my language then if i haven't already smiley

Hey, speaking of C tutorials, I have a really great website saved on my computer! Its called learn C in 21 days and is easy to follow and a good way of getting to grips with C.

If you'd like it, tell me your e-mail address and I'll send it to you - its not very big as its HTML pages.

- Tom
