I recently (well, a while ago actually) went on a binge of a TV show called "Crow - Stairway to heaven" Starring teh great Mark Dacascos. I followe dit up with an Angel binge. It struck me that teh shows are similar. and more notably, Crow, is earlyer. Now, here's a look. Crow, Eric Draven dies, but his death is so horrible that he comes back to put things right until he can be reunited with his girlfriend who is dead and waiting fro him on teh otehr side. He is a "Crow" So, when injured or upset, he gains super strength, and wierd kiss makeup. Plus, he is close to invunerable. The plot arcs over his redemption and includes a small supporting cast. Angel, Angel is a vampire with a soul who must attone for his past evils. He is a vampire which makes him nearly unkillable and whwn he is upset his face goes all vampy. The plot also arcs but inclused some heavyer suppirting cast. Just cuious, but angel looks alot like The Crow. What do peopel think and are tehy both jsut a rip off of forever knight.
I CANT BELIEVE U THINK THAT! The two show maybe similar,but you can not compare the fantastically fit body of David Boreanaz to the weed who played the crow! Also the plots more exciting and thought provoking than any sub human programme thats been on for some time Dx
Hey, I'm just pointing out teh matching concepts (Dead guy fighting for redemption) The Crow: Stairway to Heaven is definitely no wher enear Angels league. I really like angel, but do enjoy a bit of low grade shmaltz too. And don't diss Mark Dacascos. (The guy who plays teh crow in teh series) He rocks. Does most of his own stunts you know. If you would like to see more of mark, watch Drive, or crying freeman, don't watch DNA.
Sorry but i dont know the other programmes. Just wanted 2 let u know how i felt about ur comments it sounded like u were trashing Angel. Did u catch the new series of Angel hes still tall,dark+broody just my type. Where r u from?
Ive never watched any of the other programmes u mentioned only have eyes 4 Angel! Did u catch the new season on sky a few months ago?Ok so it was weeks but it feels like months! Getting them on video soon so i wont miss out 4 long...lol
Wouldn't diss angel. Prefer it to buffy to be honest (And both of tehm were fantastic last season) Liked teh plots but also angel has alot more fun. Things like the singing. Was expecting something more with faith though. I'm personally waiting for Money and tehn picking up teh DVDs when tehy come out.

Ah, I'm kinda into SF/Fantasy horror. And besides, ultimately their both well written, well acted series. Favorite actors/acresses. Like Anya from buffy, SMG doesn't really do it for me. and willow has begun to annoy me a little. Angel has a good solid ensemble cast. Hard to pick favorites. Episodes. Buffy its hush or the body. Hands down really. Angel, The Faith story was really good. But the last story of season 2 did have Numphar.
