I love a good argument - sorry conversation  I have been lurking for a while and will jazz this up a bit when I know how, or can be bothered.

brewing up

one of my brewing experiments has produced this lichorish 8%ABV black liquid?????
today i get to try to rectify the error
water, sugar and hops, 4litres of, brewed up,
1litre of the black stuff and a champagne yeast
 
give it a fortnight and maybe  
on the up side i have 4 bottles of wells burning gold ale in the fridge along weith 20 cold cans of p*ss
so i will have no problems sleeping tuesday night
not another week off???
