Hello. Thanks for stopping in. Please feel free to say whatever you like...just as if you were in my home.
I live in the USA. Outside a small Village in Ohio: New London.
I built an huge log cabin in '96... inground heated pool...nice grey stone fire place...exposed beams, a loft, 22' ceilings, you know, just the average cabin.
I have lots of woods. Most are wet land. The river runs all around the woods & cabin. There are Great Blue Heron who live in a spot just off my North porch. There are many animals here. I may be the wildest though. 
I have a blue doberman named 'Belle' who likes to have her butt rubbed & sleeps under a blanket. Don't let her cute face fool you.
She's a bit like me...a wolf in sheeps...well you get the drift.
I play all musical things. I was in a rock band about 100 years ago. And I always dated fellows who were in bands...I've met many of the greats! MANY.
I am Cherokee Indian. My mom was full blooded. Paternal side comes from a small place in the Carpathion Mts. (hope I spelled that right) They were wine makers for a Count. So, I guess I come by my wild streak honestly!
I love to travel...anywhere, anytime. I LOVE to fly & scuba dive!
When I'm home in the Summer I hang a hammock between two trees & sleep in the woods as often as possible. (with my trusty 38. - never can tell who might come along)
I have long black hair...big brown eyes...& you can just make up the rest as you get to know me. *wink* ~Peace Out~Pandora

It's raining. Soon the rain will freeze and make everything look as if it's been dunked in doghnut glaze or sumthin'. All the trees and the tall grasses will be bent over from the weight of the ice as the temp. goes lower and lower.
The furnace will kick on and on. More than likely the cable system will fail. The phone might very well go out along with all the electrical stuff.
You don't dare venture out!  Unless you're a World Class Ice Skater.

Hmm.
Anyway, the Lake will make something known here as: Lake Effect Snow.
We'll be buried up to our snowmoblies in drifts. Probably won't even have the Postal Mail running.
Everyone will HAVE TO stay home!
Nine months from now the natal units will be busy!
I always wanted to Winter in the tropics again. But then ... I'd miss Winter in Ohio.

I, I, well, I mean, I do want the schools & such to do well. Couldn't I just go 'round to everything I support & hand them some cash?
I'm pretty good about donations & the like.
People freak out when I donate a huge gob of dead presidents.
So, why do *I* have to pay taxes.

 Sorry...had a flashback to those fellas in their little shorts.
One Thanksgiving mama invited the entire team over for thanksgiving.

Mr. O'Riley came too. I think it's because of him I can do a really good Irish dialect & a kick-a** Irish dare-a-lect-hic too!
Anyway...these guys from AU really liked the wine even more than the food. (Mrs. Sprauge fed um everything BUT wine )
The guys kept saying they were so 'pissed'!!!
Finally my father had been insulted enough! He demanded to know why the 'kids' were mad at us! The ruby-boys looked at eachother & burst out laughing. That was enough for papa! As he was pitching the 2cd guy out the door, someone was able to
stop laughing long enough to explain that being 'pissed' meant
'being drunk'!  Pops picked up the kid from the lawn & brought him back in for more wine. 
As I was thinking about the rugby team, er, I mean the olden days I thought...why not start a thread regarding the subject?
So...here I am...starting a thread regarding the subject!
I jussss love learning new stuff....'specially important stuff like what being pissed means! Natch, in America it means you're mad....other places, you're drunk.
