Pan's Labyrinth
(Dec 8, 2006)
Just saw it. It's half fairy tale half incredibly violent Spanish resistance story. The whole things in Spanish and is very dark. There's a scene where the 'villain' demonstrates his nature by hitting someone in the face with the bottom of a bottle repeatedly, the sequence vividly shows the face gradually caving in. This kind of violence is intersperced with beautiful fairies and a hypnotic faun. It went for a mix of CGI and puppetry that made the whole thing incredibly realistic. It's a very good film, with an ending that's either happy or sad... I really can't decide. Click here to discuss this

No-ones on Fligging Line
(Jul 16, 2005)
It's Summer and I'm bored and no-ones damned well online! If things carry on like this I'm going to have to get some RL friends! I really don't want to have to resort to such extreme measures, but really, things are looking pretty grim. Click here to discuss this

Just Unsubscribe
(Jul 6, 2005)
I dunno. Damn hootooer curiousity. Why'd you need to read this, huh? When the title says, quite clearly; 'just unsubscribe' *rolls eyes* I'm writing this journal to get rid of the journal before the last one because it's very long and means I have to scroll down for ages to reach my guide entries. Okay? Is that good enough for you? Huh? HUH?! Click here to discuss this

Werekitty Speaketh
(Dec 9, 2004)
Greetings, those of you foolish enough to have me on your friend's list *shakes head sadly* My absense was a little longer than intended, and, alas, due to my being a term behind with college work, may need to be a little longer. The move went well and my new room is larger than the old one. Not that that will mean anything whatsoever to anyone as no-one has actually seen my old one. No matter. Moving on.
Ralph - as you may recall, months, possibly even years ago you requested a photo-mod of you as a llama. I've actually done it. Yes. That's right. And you can view it right here. http://clarefolkes.com/werekitty/llamadonewithtexturegrass.jpg It's gigantic and crappy, but feel the love, man.
