I have tried again - and again - and again- and still the wretched thing will not recognise me. I have now written to pheloxi and asked him if he can help and given him all my details. If not I shall have to wait until Zarquhon comes back and maybe she can come out and help an old duffer.
Getting more desperate by the minute - hope my heart does not conk out. What a way to go. Trying to get onto h2g2.!!

I am lost, bothered and bewildered...

What has happened.?

Will I ever have my lovely conversations wwith all my many friends on h2g2?

I hope someone will help me. the staff say they do not understand what problems I have. What is my hootoo name now. I have not written it down. Only a BBC password I hope I remember it.
