After saying 'There's always next time' on Saturday night, I didn't quite expect it to be the next day! Thanks for a very pleasant mini tour-ette on Sunday - top choice of pub, BTW. That game of scrabble was pretty close... I'm quite surprised that no-one put any rude words down...

Yes: a very clean game. Perhaps not as much of a tourette as you thought, in that case. But thank you - and Vip, and Greg (sorry, forgotten user name; it sounded like Stir Fried the first time I heard it, but I know there was something to do with acid too) - for your most pleasant company. It was a fine way to avoid a hangover. Pity Zed had to flee for cleaning duty.

I was nearly run over by a moped on the way home; the driver's expletive coming remarkably clearly through his helmet. I simply doffed my hat in his direction and ambled on happily. It seems that even death was smiling on me on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

laugh I think the tour-ette was just right, given both the weather and my physical condition after being presss-ganged into playing rounders the previous afternoon... I think the name you're looking for is Acid Override (U222477).

Gosh... Must have been a good day all round then! smiley

Stir Fried, Override, Over Easy <Jewish shrug smiley>. It was admittedly unexpected to find ourselves in Camden but I think we achieved more or less the right balance - perhaps a little less sitting in the Park... or a little more: how long does it take to mould Regent's Park to the shape of one's bottom?

You all made it home okay I trust?

Hmmmm... I think it would take so long that you would have changed position several times, thus ensuring that the fit wouldn't be at all perfect...

Unless of course you wanted to mould the *whole* of Regent's Park... *That* would be some feat!

Why stop at Regent's Park? I'll remould the world!

On reflection that could be construed as a little on the vain side.

Well, that all depends *how* you remould the world. If it's to be in the shape of your bottom, it probably is rather vain, yes...
