I've been listening to ISIHAC for, um, quite a while now and I think there is one thing missing from the show. Apart from Willie Rushton of course, gawd rest 'is soul.
No, I'm talking about the glaring ommission of letters after Humph's name. Not the Cheddar Gorge sort of letters, I mean real letters, from a time gone by when men were men, Humph was young, and OBE wasn't a character in Star Wars.
If you think it would be rather nice to say 'thank you' to Humph for putting up with the teams for all these years, please pop over to the goverment's E-Petitions site and add your name to the list of people who have already signed up.
I'm not sure if this link (petitions.pm.gov.uk/HumphLyttelton) will get pulled but if it does then just search for e-petitions site and look for the name 'humphrey'.
Thanks.
Apparently Humph was offered a knighthood but turned it down.
Good old Hump for turning it down!
