Mariachi bands are Mexican. Mexico is NOT in South America, it's actually in NORTH America. It's funny how so many people confuse South America with Latin America... Mexico and most, but not all, of South and Central Americas are part of Latin America, but that doesn't make Mexico a south american country. Go study some Geography to avoid such mistakes!!!
