OK, so I can't put this up for editing as I need to update it 3 times a week, but I thought I'd let you folks know it exists. it is the h2g2 AS set up by me for the welth of astronomers around as a place to talk, ask/answer questions and find cool links to astronomy on the net.
Have a look and tell me what you think. Cheers, Nick

Hi yeliab.
This is a society page, which is not what we are meant to be dealing with here on the peer review page. Society entries do not get into the edited guide because they are not really factual and informative to non-h2g2 members, and because they need to be frequently updated as members join and leave. If you look, you will notice that all the other societies, such as HRASC, ARSE, etc, are based off unedited entries.
If you wish to promote the society, there are a number of (unedited) directories. Try the Overwhelmingly Huge Guide to h2g2 societies (do an h2g2 search). You might also care to look at the back issues of Fragilis's 'View from h2g2', one of which has advice on founding and promoting societies. You'll find that one in 'The Post', alongside much quality journalism.
May your society continue to thrive
Editorial Note: This thread has been moved out of the Peer Review forum because it's not suited to Peer Review. Even though it's a cracking place.
It'll be appearing on the Talk page in a few days, though...
Hay, thanks. What a superb system
