Hi! I appear to have beaten the ACEs to leaving a message, which is weird... I'm sure that three will come along at once in a minute (always the way, huh?)
Anyway, having read your introduction, I wonder if you've read any Carl Hiaasen? He's a Florida-based author who seems to share many of your opinions, specifically the dislike of Disney. If you have, then you'll know exactly what I'm talking about.

No, I haven't read any Carl Hiassen. What has he written, and is it fairly easy to find?

Umm, I can't remember any particular Carl Hiaasen books off the top of my head, but I think he wrote the book on which the film Striptease was based. But don't hold that against him. 
I guess that his books must be fairly widely available... It's been a long time since I went book shopping.
BTW, just to let you know, I liked your entry on Bumper Stickers so much that I posted it onto the Peer Review page. You may even find it becoming part of the edited Guide...
