Hi I am currently preparing an essay on the background/history of the teaching assistant.I am trying to fill the gap between mums going in school and listening to children read and where we are today.Can any one help?

If I were you I would post this question at Askh2g2 as only TiT, SEF, and a few gurus will notice this conversation... This page is more for technical help about entries, wheras Askh2g2 does exactly what it says on the tin, and is much busier....
